CEO & Co-Founder

Anu Jekal

As CEO of Data Surge, Anu Jekal spearheads the company's dynamic trajectory in the realm of end-to-end data, AI/ML and MLOps pipelines for enterprises. Boasting over 15 years of experience in the expansive domains of big data, AI/ML and engineering, Anu not only shapes the strategic direction of the company but also oversees all operational facets, driving the implementation of both short- and long-term goals with unwavering precision.

Anu holds a Master of Science degree in Wireless Networking and Communications from George Mason University. She also has a distinguished track record of successfully leading diverse teams and adeptly managing the development and implementation of intricate enterprise software applications.

CTO & Co-Founder

Charles Jekal

Charles Jekal is a multi-disciplined, charismatic and energetic leader committed to delivering innovative business solutions that leverage cutting-edge ideas and state-of-the-art technology. As the CTO of Data Surge, Charles is responsible for shaping Data Surge's technology strategy. Charles focuses on investing in technologies that can bring about orders-of-magnitude efficiency gains.

Charles has more than 15 years of experience in leading engineering teams. He brings a wealth of expertise with strengths in cloud computing, big data architecture and AI/ML. Charles is an expert at master data management, ML-based entity resolution and computer vision.

Chief Growth Officer

Brian Silvestri

Brian Silvestri has over 20 years of executive, senior management and senior technical experience and a proven track record of delivering optimal results for clients and business partners.

As CGO, Brian is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies aligning to the company goals and objectives. This will be accomplished by establishing partnerships with both technology and business leaders, identifying new market opportunities, and driving innovation within our Sales and Marketing teams.


Adam McNair

Adam McNair has devoted his career to furthering the missions of the federal government and helping coworkers advance and thrive. Over the past 20 years, Adam has worked as a federal employee or industry partner at nearly every cabinet level agency leading innovation and transformation.

He has successfully owned, led, grown, and matured federal contractor organizations. Ranging from developing new offerings, designing compelling brands, and shaping cultures focused on excellence, Adam has been a part of dramatic growth and success at each stage of his career. He created the vision for a best-practices delivery model and was the pioneer of Innovation Management and Collaborative Business Relationship Management in federal contracting. His employee recognition, talent management, and communications strategies have delivered dramatic, award winning results.

Adam has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of small businesses, raised private equity investments to reshape capabilities, led business units for a publicly traded organization, and architected the dramatic growth of a small business and eventual transaction of that company into Employee Ownership. He has most recently turned his attention to mentorship and advisory support in the government contracting community.

From his advisory practice that he shares with his wife, Lissette, Adam offers insights and analysis through his online articles and weekly YouTube content – The FedTrends Show. He is currently supporting several organizations as a volunteer, content provider, advisor, and mentor.

A native of the DC Metro area, Adam resides in Fairfax, Va and spends his spare time with his wife, two children, and dog, Rosco.
